Meditation
- According to Indian philosophy, Meditation is a three step process performed to achieve a state of consciousness and internal awareness, which gives serenity, clarity and bliss. It is a personal spiritual experience. Different technique of meditation has been practiced since thousand of years to alleviate suffering or as a tradition of various religions.
- Various methods are taught to patient, to get relaxed and achieve an altered state of consciousness, which ultimately helps to relieve and prevent different psychosomatic diseased conditions like:
- Hypertension and heart disease
- Asthma, COPD
- Stress and anxiety disorder
- Headache
- Addiction drug
- Pain control at labor, PMS, arthritis
- Irritable bowel syndrome
- Insomnia
- Gastric ulcer
- Cancer and other chronic illness
- Prolong life span
- The benefits of the medication will be observed with regular practice only.
