  • Massage therapy is a blend of science and art, which had been practiced since the ancient Chinese, Greek, Roman, Indian and Egyptian era. Massages are done to treat certain diseased condition with overall wellness, relaxation and rejuvenation of the body.
  • The different kinds of massage techniques are used by therapist that mainly involves the manipulation of muscles and soft tissue of the body. Some massages are gentle and mile where as some may be strong and intense. The therapist generally uses their hands, elbows or some times their foot to have desired physiological effect of massage.
  • Massage is done with the aim of improving blood circulation, relieve tension, stimulate/soothe nerves and keep the muscles elastic and mobile.
