In this sector, the physicians are overburdened by the level of sick patients and can’t offer individuals the personalized care they desire.

Through modernization of the region, the second system has escalated into private based. In this sector, physicians provide individual care as the patients pay on their own for their services. This sector is only applicable for the well-off residents and the foreign paying patients.
