Training the leaders

The stories of the successful business are often associated with their leaders/C.E.O.s/founders. This makes a sense that the leaders of a particular organization shall be trained to find out ways to influence their employees to follow the culture of the organization. If the leaders know the importance of corporate culture and concentrate more on it rather than focussing on productivity and cost-effectiveness alone, they can influence the culture in a better way.
