Prompt Grievance handling

Organization must not see the problems faced by the employees or the goof ups between the employees as unimportant. This may lead to long term frustrations resulting in hampering the growth of the organization. Working on the source of the conflict is an excellent way out. It is the duty of the grievance handling cell to look after this thus spreading peace and sense of security among the employees.
