Challenges in developing corporate culture

Even after knowing the importance and significance of corporate culture it is not that easy to adopt or create a culture in an organization. Bringing all the employees in a same direction of thinking and behaving is really difficult task. Within an organization, there are various departments which themselves have sub-cultures. Since a culture is created every time a group of people come together to form a team, a company can also have many sub-cultures. This is another big challenge that almost every organization face. Creating a strong and solid culture which syndicates sub-cultures to safeguard one integrated team following one single corporate culture is what needs maximum attention.
