Ascertaining the current situation starts with the employees as they make the maximum human resource of any organization. Individually asking the employees or interviewing groups or surveying through a questionnaire is the first step. Employee’s feedback on their take on the policy or work environment plays a very important role. Focus then shall be made on the decision makers.
